Lighthouse

A brotherhood for men who are ready to go deeper

What is Lighthouse?

Lighthouse is a community for men who want more than small talk and more than performance. It's a circle where you can speak honestly about what you carry, the things that don't always find a place with family, friends, or colleagues.

It began in Malmö with just a handful of international men searching for a harbor. Today more than 50 men keep the light burning, meeting in person and online, in English, from many cultures and walks of life.

Why Lighthouse?

Many men have learned to wear a mask. We perform, provide, and push through, but rarely get the chance to be truly seen. Over time the mask grows heavy, and we lose touch with who we really are.

Lighthouse exists to change that. We believe true leadership, in life, in love, and at work, begins with inner courage. Here you can lay down the armor, meet your shadow, and grow into the man you truly are, supported by brothers walking the same path.

When and where?

In person: Sundays, Hibiki Space, Linnégatan 70A, Limhamn, Malmö - 16-18
Online: One demand, via Zoom, so you can join wherever you are in the world

Details are shared in our WhatsApp-group.

How does it work?

Each gathering is a guided circle, held with care and confidentiality. We follow themed arcs that run over several weeks, drawing on depth psychology, archetypes, and the wisdom of thinkers like Carl Jung and James Hollis. Recent themes include the shadow, relationships, and the Wild Man archetype.

A typical session includes:

  • Arrival and check-in, where each man shares where he is right now.
  • A teaching or reflection on the month's theme.
  • Open sharing and deep listening, without judgment or fixing.
  • Integration, where we take what we've found back into our lives.

No experience is needed. Just a willingness to show up as you are.
